Abstract:
The study of characterization of subspaces defined with respect to a quadric has been a topic of interest in the field of finite geometry. Hermitian varieties, defined over finite fields, are of great interest to study
because of their special algebraic and geometric features. This seminar presents an intricate characterization of secant lines associated with a Hermitian variety in the projective space PG(3,q2), by examining their intersection properties with both points and planes.
