BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Shubham Mahendra Nimbkar has completed his PhD in Food Process Engineering from National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management - Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India. His doctoral research was focused on micronutrient encapsulation and fortification into food systems. Apart from his core doctoral work, he has also worked and gained expertise in novel drying, food 3D printing, and plant milk analogues. Dr. Shubham has also worked in an industry sponsored research developing value-added products from coconut providing technology package to a start-up company. Prior to joining NIT Rourkela, he was working as a senior executive in development and application department of Doehler Group.
