Syllabus
Semiconductor devices Bipolar Junction Transistors, Field Effect Transistors : JFET, MOSFET, Basic differential amplifier circuit, negative feedback circuits, amplifier and oscillator circuits operational amplifier, operational amplifier characteristics and
applications, active filters and rectifier circuits, regulated power supplies Basic digital logic circuits, combinational logic circuit, half and full adder, sequential logic circuits, Multivibrators, flip-flops, counters, registers, multiplexures and demultiplexure, encoders and decoders, A/D and D/A conversion.
Course Objectives
- Analog electronics is essential for understanding of basic phenomena required to such <br />as oscillators, amplifiers, power suppliers etc.. This knowledge has implications for device applications.
Course Outcomes
The digital electronics gives understanding for computer organization and architecture. <br />This also provides knowledge for device applications. <br /> <br />Large applications to electronic industries
