Course Objectives
- To learn quantitive and qualitative analysis techniques of the samples of industrial gases and products.
- To introduce the students to the basics of analytical instrumentation techniques and their applications.
- To familiarize the students with the principles of analytical instruments like spectrometers, chromatographs, and biosensors.
- To teach the students how to analyze data obtained from analytical instrumentation and interpret the results.
Course Outcomes
After the completion of this course, students will be able to:

CO1: understand knowledge on fundamental principles and concepts of analytical instruments.
CO2: describe the various processes for analysing the samples of industrial products.
CO3: apply the knowledge of sampling and analysing of the industrial products.
CO4: evaluate and judge the accuracy of the process for analysing samples.
CO5: applications and design for qualitative and quantitative analysis of different samples using different radiation sources and associated components.
