Syllabus
Identification of physical properties of rock-forming silicate minerals and ores. Identification of physical properties of rocks in hand specimen including indigenous, metamorphic and sedimentary. The attitude of strata including dip and strike measurements and structural analysis of rocks. Interpreting and solving geological maps.
