Abstract:
The spectral behavior in non-Hermitian systems with asymmetric hopping amplitudes are drastically sensitive to the choice of boundary conditions. The skin effect (SE) arises in such systems under an open boundary. However, the behavior of SE in such systems in the presence of a time-periodic drive remains unexplored. The objective of this work is to investigate such a driven system to establish a connection between the Floquet quasienergies and the SE, which determine the stability of the system after an evolution of time.
