BASIC INFORMATION

  • Make & Model : Envirotech Instruments Pvt. Ltd.
  • Department : Mining Engineering
  • Location : NA
  • Category : Category - III
  • Status : De-Activated

PRINCIPLE:

The samplers use impactor designs standardized by the USEPA for ambient air quality monitoring. Ambient air enters through an omnidirectional inlet, and particles are separated based on size: PM10 particles are captured by the first impactor, while PM2.5 particles pass through to a second impactor.

APPLICATION:

These samplers are used for ambient air quality monitoring, specifically for measuring fine particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10) in the air. They can also be paired with gaseous sampling attachments for monitoring pollutants like SO2, NO?, NH3, and ozone.
