BASIC INFORMATION

  • Make & Model : 3D PRINTER (MAKE 3D.IN PRATHAM 3.0)
  • Department : Central Research Facility
  • Location : CRF
  • Category : Category - III
  • Status : Functional

PRINCIPLE:

At its core, the working principle of industrial 3D printers involves using AI intelligent algorithms to model the structure of the target product. The data model is then sliced into several layers, which are printed layer by layer through an integration process, ultimately forming a solid model. The Pratham 3.0 uses the FDM principle, where a thermoplastic filament is heated and extruded layer by layer to create a three-dimensional object.

APPLICATION:

Industrial Manufacturing: Prototyping, tooling, and production parts Automotive: Creating custom parts and prototypes Architecture: Designing scale models and architectural elements Education: Teaching and research in engineering and design Medical: Producing custom prosthetics and medical models
