PRINCIPLE:

An optical microscope creates a magnified image of an object specimen using visible light and a set of lenses. It allow the user to visualize a specimen by naked eye through eyepiece. Images from an optical microscope are capture by normal light sensitive cameras in order to generate a micrograph.
