BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Mayank Yadav is a Ph.D. in Social Media Marketing from the Department of Management Studies at IIT Roorkee. He has taught at various institutes of repute like FORE School of Management, IIM Rohtak, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, Uttarakhand (India). He holds a post-graduate degree in management, and his research interests include social media marketing, social CRM, and consumer behavior. He has published papers in reputed international journals like Telematics and Informatics, Journal of Direct Data & Digital Marketing Practice, International Journal of Business Information Systems, Social Network Analysis and Mining, International Journal of Business Excellence, etc., with indexing in Scopus, SSCI, ESCI, ABDC, and ABS. He has presented papers at various international and national conferences. He has also participated in and conducted various training programs and FDPs. He is also an NCC "C" Certificate holder in the Army Wing.
