BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Prekshya Nath is an Assistant professor in the Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department at NIT Rourkela. She holds a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur, where her research focused on high-temperature material testing, crucial for evaluating materials used in extreme environments like aerospace and energy applications. With expertise in materials characterization and mechanical testing, she has worked on advanced materials like Ti alloys, Ni-based superalloys, and additively manufactured metals. Dr. Nath has published in reputed journals and contributed to collaborative projects with leading institutions, showcasing her commitment to advancing research and education in material science.
