BIOGRAPHY
I am a mechanical engineer working in the broad areas of biophysical modelling and biological fluid dynamics. In particular, I am interested in fluid-structure interactions at the micro-scale, soft and active matter systems. I have worked on the analysis and mathematical modelling of flagellar dynamics, modelling flagella as slender, flexible, active microfilaments immersed in a viscous fluid obeying the Stokes equation.
