Course Objectives
- to introduce the concept of social exclusion- origin, meaning, constituent elements and characters
- to familiarize the studies of social exclusion in India
- to explore the various processes of social exclusion
- to expose the concept and policies of social inclusion
Course Outcomes
After the completion of this course, students will be able to: <br /> <br />CO1: develop a better understanding of social exclusion <br />CO2: understand the main issues and themes concerning the social exclusion <br />CO3: critically assess unfair exclusion and inclusion and develop alternate strategies. <br />CO4: critically examine the policies of inclusive development <br />CO5: learn the emerging issues and challenges
