Course Objectives

  • To provide the concept of structure, bonding and physical properties of solids. Also this course will provide principles behind different experimental techniques such as x-ray diffraction and microscopic techniques used to characterize various types of crystalline solids.

Course Outcomes

1) The students will able to relate the structure-composition-property co-relations. <br />2) This course will able to provide the basic concepts and depth understanding of many physical properties of solids.
