centre, transport terminal, Exhibition centre/museum, sports facility Group
housing/condominium, multi-speciality hospital
Module II :Redevelopment of a brownfield site
Course Objectives
- To carry forward knowledge gained in the previous semesters.
- To incorporate detailed strategies for sustainable practices.
- To introduce basic principles of redevelopment projects
- To conduct in-depth case studies, site visits and interviews
Course Outcomes
