Module I:
District level hospital, 5-star hotel, city centre, college/Institute, performance art
centre, transport terminal, Exhibition centre/museum, sports facility Group
housing/condominium, multi-speciality hospital
Module II :Redevelopment of a brownfield site

Course Objectives

  • To carry forward knowledge gained in the previous semesters.
  • To incorporate detailed strategies for sustainable practices.
  • To introduce basic principles of redevelopment projects
  • To conduct in-depth case studies, site visits and interviews

Course Outcomes

a. The broad education necessary to understand architecture in a global context – techno-economic, <br />environmental, socio-cultural, and political <br />b. A recognition of the need for, and an ability to engage in, life-long learning <br />c. An ability to design and conduct inquiries, and to analyze and interpret data <br />d.
