Syllabus
FE analysis of rod, bar, beam, truss and frame. Plane stress and plain strain problem. Vibration analysis of rod and beams. Analysis of plate and shells.
Course Objectives
- To acquire some knowledge of FEM using FE Software
Course Outcomes
CO1: Knowledge will be gained on basic concept of FEM method. <br />CO2: Able to apply FEM to practical problems. <br />CO3: Knowledge will be enhanced to implement the concept to analyze a theoretical law.
