Syllabus

Introduction and Realize the Logic Gates by using data flow and behavioral modeling, Realization of the combinational and sequential digital circuit in VHDL/Verilog, a finite state machine implementation, Hardware realization of the above circuits, Realize soft-core based system in FPGA platform, SOC realization of digital circuits with a pipeline, parallel architectures.

Course Objectives

  1. The student will be skilled to use modern circuit design tools, software, and equipment to analyze problems
  2. The student will be able to design and implement embedded computing system with optimal use of resources

Course Outcomes

• The student will be aware and able to visualize the domain embedded computing system
• The student will be able to identify, formulate embedded design problems with modern theoretical knowledge.
